Busy Minis provides child transportation and Errand & Family Support services across Coweta, Fayette, and Clayton counties in Georgia. By booking services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Transportation Services
Available to children aged 7–17 for rides to:

• School/before school/after school
• Tutoring sessions
• Summer camps
• Extracurricular activities
• Religious events
• Other pre-approved locations 

 

Errand & Family Support Services
Available to families, senior citizens, pet owners, and professionals. Includes:

• Grocery/pharmacy runs
• Package returns/donation drop-offs
• Light household tasks (laundry folding, plant care, light meal prep)
• Personal assistant support (email/calendar management)
• In-home child and pet care
• Home access/waiting services

2. Safety and Staff Standards

All Busy Minis team members:

• Undergo annual background checks
• Are trained and certified in CPR and First Aid
• Are trained in child/pet/home safety, privacy, and service standards
• Follow a strict Code of Conduct and Confidentiality Policy

All Transportation vehicles: 

• Are regularly inspected
• Equipped with First Aid kits
• Marked for easy identification
• Equipped with monitoring and child safety features.
• Carry full coverage auto insurance

3. Booking and Scheduling

• All services require at least 24 hours’ notice
• Same-day requests may be accepted based on availability, but are not guaranteed.
• Recurring services may qualify for discounted rates

Errand & Support Services must include:

• Detailed task descriptions
• Pickup/drop-off addresses and times 
• Home access instructions

4. Payment and Fees

Transportation Services

• Rates: $19/One Way-One Day, $85/One Way-Weekly. Applies to rides that are within 10-mile radius & have 1 rider
• Mileage fees ($1.50/mile) apply beyond 10-mile radius from client’s pick-up location
• Additional charges may apply for additional passengers, stops, or excessive wait times
• Invoices will be provided before services are rendered
• Accepted methods: Credit Card,  CashApp, or Zelle

Errand & Family Support Services

• Rates: varies 
• No obligation rate quotes are provided before service.
• Invoices will be provided after services rendered
• For errand services payment is due within 7 days of service completion
• Accepted methods: Credit Card, CashApp, or Zelle

5. Cancellation Policy

• Transportation & Errand Services : Cancel at least 1 hour in advance for full-ride credit
• Repeat cancellations may affect future eligibility

6. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure children are ready at scheduled pickup times
• Provide accurate task details and access information
• Notify Busy Minis promptly of any changes or special needs
• Maintain respectful and professional communication

7. Behavior and Conduct

• Children must follow all safety instructions from drivers
• Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in suspension of transportation services
• Unsafe, unsanitary, or disrespectful conditions may result in termination of errand/support services

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client data, instructions, and home access details are kept strictly confidential and will only be shared with written consent or as required by law.

9. Limitations & Exclusions

Busy Minis does not provide:

• Transport of refrigerated medication or medical records
• Hazardous/biohazard cleanup
• Childcare for children under 7 years old (without approval)
• Lifting of items over 40 lbs without notice

10. Liability Waiver

Busy Minis is not liable for:

• Injury, damages, or loss except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct
• Delays due to weather, traffic, or third-party vendors
• Damaged items unless clearly due to staff negligence

Clients/guardians agree to hold Busy Minis harmless in all other cases.

11. Termination of Services

Busy Minis may terminate services for:

• Repeated late payments or cancellations
• Non-compliance with safety or conduct policies
• Unsafe environments or inappropriate behavior by clients or children

12. Acknowledgment

By using Busy Minis services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of services constitutes ongoing agreement.
