1. Services Provided
Busy Minis offers trusted Errand & Family Support services across Coweta, Fayette, and Clayton counties, Georgia. Services include, but are not limited to:
• Grocery and pharmacy runs
• Dry cleaning pick-up/drop-off
• Package returns and donation drop-offs
• Household tasks (laundry folding, plant watering, light meal prep, etc.)
• Personal assistant support (email/calendar management, appointment scheduling)
• In-home child and pet care
• Home access/waiting services
Services are available to families, seniors, pet owners, and working professionals seeking reliable, trained support for daily life tasks.
2. Safety and Team Standards
All Errand & Family Support Specialists are:
• Background-checked annually
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Trained in privacy, child/pet/home safety, and client service
• Required to adhere to Busy Minis’ code of conduct and confidentiality policy
3. Booking and Scheduling
• Services must be booked with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
• Same-day requests are accepted based on availability and will incur a $20 urgent service fee.
• Recurring services (2+ days per week) may qualify for package pricing.
• Pricing is based on estimated hourly needs, and that I will receive a custom quote before services are confirmed.
• Bookings must include a detailed description of tasks, pickup/drop-off locations (if applicable), and any home access instructions.
4. Payment and Fees
• Base rate: $30-75/hour (1-hour minimum).
• Services requiring travel to multiple locations may incur mileage charges beyond a 10-mile radius from the client’s home.
• Pricing is based on estimated hourly needs, a custom quote will be provided before services are confirmed.
• Payments must be made net 7 days after services are rendered.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit Cards, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp
5. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours in advance for a full-service credit.
• Cancellations made with less than 3 hours’ notice may result in a $20 late cancellation fee.
• Repeat cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
• Provide accurate and complete task details and instructions.
• Ensure safe, legal access to homes, mailboxes, or vehicles (if applicable).
• Disclose any relevant health, pet, or household information that may affect service delivery (e.g., pets on medication, alarm codes, etc.).
• Maintain respectful and professional communication with Busy Minis team members.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
• Busy Minis respects your privacy. All client information, communications, home access codes, and task details are held in strict confidence and will not be shared without written consent unless required by law.
8. Limitations & Exclusions
Busy Minis does not provide:
• Medical or health-related errands (e.g., transporting medications requiring refrigeration or handling medical records)
• Cleaning of hazardous waste or biohazards
• Childcare for children under 6 months without prior approval
• Services requiring lifting of items over 40 lbs without notice
9. Liability Waiver
Busy Minis is not liable for:
• Damaged or defective items picked up or dropped off unless damage is due to misconduct or negligence
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or third-party vendors (e.g., dry cleaners, auto shops)
• Injuries or damages occurring in the client’s home unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence
• Clients agree to hold Busy Minis harmless in connection with services rendered, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Termination of Services
Busy Minis reserves the right to refuse or terminate services due to:
• Repeated late payments or cancellations
• Unsafe or unsanitary home conditions
• Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior
• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
11. Acknowledgment
By booking services with Busy Minis, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of services constitutes ongoing agreement.
