Rider Agreement

In order to sign up for Busy Minis Transportation services, please review and sign the Rider Agreement below. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for using our services, helping ensure the safety and smooth operation of your child’s transportation.

Once the agreement is signed, a Busy Minis representative will contact you to complete the onboarding process and confirm your registration.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Services Provided: Busy Minis Transportation provides child-focused transportation services for children aged 7–17 within Coweta, Fayette, and Clayton counties, Georgia. Transportation includes rides to tutoring sessions, summer camps, extracurricular activities, religious events, and other pre-approved destinations.

  2. Safety and Driver Standards: All drivers are vetted for character and background, trained, and certified in child safety, CPR, and First Aid. Vehicles are regularly inspected and equipped with First Aid kits and safety equipment.

  3. Registration and Onboarding: Parents/guardians must complete this Rider Agreement, provide necessary documentation (e.g., proof of guardianship, identification), and attend an orientation session.

  4. Booking and Scheduling: Rides must be scheduled with at least 24 hours notice via the website or phone.

  5. Payment and Fees:

    • Base fare: $15/ one-way or $25/round trip

    • Additional charges apply for extra mileage, additional passengers, and same day bookings

    • Payments must be made  before services are rendered.

    • Accepted payment methods: PayPal, CashApp, and Zelle.

  6. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance for a ride credit. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice may result in a $20 late cancellation fee. Repeat cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.

  7. Parental/Guardian Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the child is ready for pick-up at the scheduled time.

    • Notify Busy Minis promptly of any changes to the child’s schedule or special needs.

    • Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.

  8. Behavior Expectations: Children must adhere to safety instructions provided by the driver. Disruptive behavior that endangers others may result in suspension of services.

  9. Liability Waiver: Busy Minis Transportation is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses occurring during transit except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Parents/guardians assume responsibility for ensuring their child’s compliance with safety protocols.

  10. Termination of Services: Busy Minis reserves the right to terminate services for non-compliance with this agreement, unpaid fees, or inappropriate behavior by the child or guardian.

  11. Acknowledgment: By signing below, the parent/guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Rider Agreement.
